
Sibbo Ventures´ project had different phases developed together with CMM´s team. After a general audit, Sibbo proceed to develop client adserver implementation and parametrization before connecting demand of different SSPs. The monitorization and optimization of the programmatic revenues is going to be driven through Sibbo Ventures dashboard.
In addition to above, a specific and “inhouse” training plan was taught by Sibbo Ventures’ team to CMM Sales team, CMM Systems team and others.
Moreover, Sibbo Ventures has implemented its CMP (Consent Management Platform) solution in CMM´s websites to comply with users’ data legislation. Adaptation to new regulation included: legal texts, testing and implementing IAB’s standard and obligations.
